AI-generated estimates work best when comparable sales are plentiful and recent. For unique homes, older properties, or rural parcels, accuracy can be lower and the range wider. If you believe your valuation misses key features, a major renovation, a pool, or significant lot premium, connecting with a local agent for an in-person assessment is the best next step. Check your spam or promotions folder first, our emails occasionally end up there. If it's not there, the address may have been entered with a typo. You can request a new valuation at any time at no cost. If the problem persists, contact us using the form below with your property address and we'll look into it.

Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. Use the contact form below, select "Data / Privacy Request" as your reason, and include the email address you used. We will process your request within 45 days as required by law.
